With a proven track record of driving financial planning and analysis, risk management, strategic leadership, financial reporting, and operational efficiency. His extensive expertise and strategic vision have been instrumental in achieving financial stability and growth for the organizations, such as Serco Inc, BearingPoint Inc, ARTEL LLC, and KPMG US.

Plamen holds both a Bachelor of Science (BS) and a Master of Science (MS) in Financial Management and Information Systems from the University of Maryland, providing for a strong foundation in financial principles and the integration of information systems to effectively manage complex financial operations. Plamen began his career in defense contracting, where he gained valuable experience in financial analysis and risk management.
